Fieldhours privacy policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
The short version: Fieldhours collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
Apple Health. If you connect it, Fieldhours reads only Time in Daylight, to count your hours outdoors. It never writes to Apple Health. Health data never leaves your iPhone and is not used for advertising or anything else.
Your log. Profiles, goals and logged time are stored on your device, in storage shared only with the app's own widgets and Lock Screen timer. They are included in your device backup; the Time in Daylight copied from Apple Health is not (Fieldhours reads it from Health again). Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
Notifications. The "Still outside?" reminder is scheduled on your device.
Purchases. The one-time unlock is processed by Apple. We never receive your name, Apple Account or payment details.
Your data, your control. Delete entries by swiping them in the Log, remove a family member in Settings, or remove everything by deleting the app.
