Scorepips Privacy Policy
Effective 23 October 2026
Scorepips is a scorekeeper for the dice game 10,000. It's built so that your information stays on your iPhone. We do not collect any data.
What we don't do
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code that collects data.
- The app makes no network connections of its own and sends nothing to us or anyone else.
What stays on your iPhone
- The game in progress: players, their order and colours, the rules, and every turn.
- Finished games, which power History & stats.
- Saved players: names and colours you chose to keep.
- Settings: house rules, haptics and keep-screen-awake.
These are stored in the app's own storage on your iPhone. They don't sync to iCloud. If you back up your iPhone, they're part of that backup, which Apple handles.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. The app checks on your iPhone whether you have bought the unlock.
Sharing
If you tap Share on the winner screen, the result text goes only where you choose to send it, through the iPhone share sheet.
Deleting your data
- Swipe a finished game in History to delete it.
- Swipe a saved player in Settings › Saved players to delete them.
- Delete the app to remove everything it stores.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
